24’s iconic star Jack Bauer is the face of Sky’s latest spot promoting the series’ 8th season.  The promo was directed by John Sunter and produced by Sharon Kersley at Sky Creative.  MPC was responsible for creating the epic action including fully CG environments, explosion simulations and extensive compositing to achieve the director’s vision.

MPC’s Senior Colourist Paul Harrison wins the Best Telecine Award for his work on Paolo Nutini’s promo, ‘Candy’ directed by Nez at Colonel Blimp. Multi-award winning Paul Harrison joined the Colour Grading team led by Director of Telecine Jean-Clement Soret earlier this year as a Senior Colourist.

Vaughan Arnell has directed the promo for ‘Bodies’ by Robbie Williams; the next release from his ‘Reality Killed the Video Star’ album.  Inspired by the 1968 original of ‘The Thomas Crown Affair’, Vaughan captured the action in split screens.

Vaughan Arnell has directed the promo for Paloma Faith’s second single release, ‘New York.’ The track is off her upcoming debut album ‘Do You Want the Truth or Something Beautiful?’ The record company was Epic Records and the job was produced by Donnie Masters at Serious Pictures with MPC providing the post.
